Don’t see what you are looking for? No problem! We work with a network of amazing therapists and would be happy to connect you with someone who would fit your needs.

As the gold standard for talk therapy, CBT alone has shown to be 50-75% effective for overcoming depression and anxiety after 5-15 modules. Organizations that endorse it include the National Institute of Mental Health, the World Health Organization and national psychiatric and psychological associations in Canada, the US, Australia, and the UK. Other forms of CBT include Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which are also effective modalities. Our CBT therapists at Therapy & Co. will use this by collaborating with you on immediate solutions to existing issues, introducing a new skill during each session, and providing the opportunity to practice the skills outside of sessions as homework.

We want to take care of you and make this process as simple as possible. We understand that because your experiences are unique, your therapist should be suited to your personalized needs. Once you complete your free 15 minute consultation, you’ll be matched with a therapist who best fits your goals, personality, and needs.
