At Therapy and Co, we understand that mental health struggles can be overwhelming and isolating. That’s why we offer a supportive and safe environment where individuals can come together to share their experiences, learn from one another, and develop coping strategies to improve their mental well-being.
Our group therapy sessions are led by licensed therapists who are knowledgeable and experienced in addressing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists facilitate discussions, provide education and support, and help each member work through their individual challenges in a collaborative and supportive setting.
What does a group therapy session look like?

Our therapists provide guidance, ask questions, and offer feedback to help each person gain insight into their behavior and thought patterns.
