About Hayden Todd

Starting your therapy journey can feel daunting, but remember, you’re not alone. Together, we will navigate life’s challenges, uncovering the strengths and resources within you that will empower you to overcome obstacles and cultivate a more fulfilling life.

As a graduate-level Marriage and Family Therapy clinician, I am deeply committed to fostering healing and growth. With experience in supporting individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and caregiver burnout, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a steadfast dedication to your journey. I integrate various methods in my therapeutic approach, including Collaborative Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and creative arts.

My therapeutic approach is firmly grounded in authenticity. I believe in being genuine, using humor, and showing a keen interest in your passions to build a strong alliance, creating a safe and inviting space to explore your needs without fear of judgment. Your journey is unique, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

You can expect a space filled with compassion, creativity, and understanding in our sessions. Together, we’ll tailor a treatment plan that suits your unique needs and goals, empowering you not only to set but actively pursue and achieve them, fostering growth and progress.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll often find me exploring Houston’s vibrant food scene, cruising on my bike, catching up on the latest movies, or challenging myself with trivia. I believe in the importance of finding joy in life’s little pleasures, and I bring this belief into our therapy sessions. Let’s work together to restore balance and bring calm into your life, one step at a time.
