In my experience of clinical work, I value the art of collaboration in crafting a plan with you in a way that suits your unique needs. In doing so with you I can work with and intertwine a variety of models such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness techniques.

When I am not in the office, I love to spend my time diving into horror films, looking for the next best one, playing a variety of games with my friends, staying active, and trying to learn a thing or two when it comes to cooking.
