About Noah Hernandez

Are you beginning to feel like your friend’s advice isn’t working? Do endless internet searching looking for solutions leave you frustrated or overwhelmed? You want to overcome these challenges, and you want to get back to a life that you deserve. I’m here to offer you a helping hand in navigating these complexities that life may have thrown at you.

It can feel daunting being vulnerable, especially with a therapist. I bring in a more laidback approach, allowing humor and everyday language to be in the space with us. In addition to that I bring compassion and genuine authenticity to the room to create a comfortable, understanding, and validating atmosphere free from judgement. It is a privilege to support you in your journey of growth and facilitate a strong relationship to meet your needs.

In my experience of clinical work, I value the art of collaboration in crafting a plan with you in a way that suits your unique needs. In doing so with you I can work with and intertwine a variety of models such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness techniques.

You can expect to find a place where you can become authentic in yourself, empowered, developing a positive mindset, and finally breaking down those walls that have you feeling stuck. Let’s work together to help you reclaim the life that you deserve.

When I am not in the office, I love to spend my time diving into horror films, looking for the next best one, playing a variety of games with my friends, staying active, and trying to learn a thing or two when it comes to cooking.
